Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and, if possible, in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us first at czs.m1216@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the next steps and, if needed, the address to send the item to (it may vary depending on the item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether the refund has been approved. If it is, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem. In these cases you will not need to send the item back, and we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns of used items or items damaged for reasons other than a manufacturing defect.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at no cost if it has not yet been prepared for shipping. Please email us as soon as possible.
