Order processing

We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location and on the supplier that fulfills your item. During busy periods (sales, special promotions), delivery times may be slightly longer. We will let you know if we detect a significant delay.

Orders with several items

If you buy several designs at once, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days, because they may be shipped from different warehouses. This does not cost you anything extra.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost (if any) is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
